For your last question, above: No.

One other picayune point on WOPI:
WOPU is an open protocol and LibreOffice Online does support a WOPI
interface (server and host), which is why Nextcloud is capable of
integrating either Office 365 or LibreOffice Online with equal user
level features.

Sorry, I guess I couldn't tell.  Is there a NextCloud integration with Apache 
OpenOffice like Libre Office Online with NextCloud integration?  I wanted to
