Without knowing what operating system you are using it is a bit of a challenge to make a recommendation for an offline translator application. If you do an internet search for 'Open source offline translator for [your OS]' several selections will come up. At least one works with ".odt" files. If you change your default search engine to something other than go ogle or bi ng (I prefer DuckDuckGo) you will get better results that aren't skewed to Alphabet or M$ products. Many of us have found that https://www.deepl.com/translator offers a good on-line translation to and from many languages, frequently better than the other translators you mention. Simply copy your text into the input in that application and select your output language.
