Click on the 2nd item I want to download Openoffice.org
A green rectangle will appear
Click on that

There is no separate update.  You just install the full new package.

You can always order it on CD for a few pounds/euros/dollars ...
Or check this month's computer magazine (pretty much any) and see if it
isn't on the CD/DVD that came with it.
