I am not sure if this is really related to the issue, but: I tried spell checking a single column in a Calc document (imported fromExcel) that was written in German. I do have installed the German dictionaries and they work fine in Writer. Yet, in the Calc column, I tried that many different ways, the spell checker automatically switches after EACH individual German word checked back to the English dictionary. Is that a matter of setting, or would this constitute a bug? Thomas
Re: [users] Re: SpellCheck in 1.9.95
I'm using 1.9.95 on winxp pro and it is working fine. Well lets say that it is using english-US (its a matter of opinion whether that is fine) ok. I've not downloaded the proper english dictionary (english - NZ) yet ;-) On 5/2/05, Doug Stewart <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > I just tried 1.9.95 spellcheck in winXP en-us --- It is NOT working here. > Doug Stewart > > > Joe Marks wrote: > > >Does any one know if there is a bug in the Spellcheck > >in the US WindowsXP version of 1.9.95? > >--- Joe Marks <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > > > >>--- RaRandomthotsrorodengelsmanururaltelet> wrote: > >> > >> > >>>Joseph B.
