Site has a rather truthful domain name IMO. Google supports the same information on lookup. Didn't bother with a whois but Robtex shows its position rather well (bad neighborhood). But I figure out the cause; when I was sending mailing list subscribe messages without any text in the message body they were getting bounced. When I added a few words they went through just fine.
