Re: [Users] Shutdown problems

2009-12-07 Thread Gregor at HostGIS

To clarify further on versions:

The HN is 2.6.24 ovz009.1 on Fedora 9.

We must use 2.6.24 despite its development status because 2.6.18 lacks
support for AMCC/3ware RAID controllers. Aside from this shutdown issue,
we have used it for 14 months now under high loads without issue. Aside
from this shutdown issue, we consider it stable and production-grade.

[Users] Samba client and server inside a CT

2009-12-07 Thread Marc Olivé

Hello to all,

I want to make a CT to host a samba server, I made a veth for the CT
and I
bridged it to the CT0 interface, I also added the routes inside CT and CT0 as
described in the wiki.
But I'm not able to see samba exports of other hosts inside CT nor to
export
any directory. The network is working, so the problem should be the broadcast
packets.

CT0 and CT are Debian Lenny box, this is the configuration:

r...@ct0:~# ifconfig

Anybody knows why I can see samba exports (using smbtree for example)?

Thanks,
