Approximate start time is 4PM UTC.
During the upgrade service will be shut down and so will not be available.

Please note the CentOS Linux 8 content is going to be moved to
vault.centos.org in 3 days and ti will start breaking updates
https://www.centos.org/centos-linux-eol/

For those on Alma / Rocky / RHEL, I'm going to try consuming CentOS Stream
