Hi: I should have sent these to the announce@ and users@ mailing lists, just in case there are wiki editors on those lists who are not reading arch@ (which is ideally the central all-contributors mailing list.) We'll adjust the Infra team methods in the future to send outage announcements to all these lists for maximum coverage. Below are details of this outage, which began 30 minutes ago. The wiki is in readonly mode until it is migrated fully to OpenShift.
