Console option for the VM is set to SPICE. However, I am not able to see the console after clicking on the console button in oVirt Engine. I am accessing the oVirt Engine from a Windows 7 machine. I have tried with Chrome, Firefox and IE. Please suggest. Thank you. Regards, Udaya Kiran ___ Users mailing list Users@ovirt.org http://lists.ovirt.org/mailman/listinfo/users
Re: [Users] View the Console using SPICE from Windows client
Hello, - which invocation method are you using? I suppose you tried 'Native' since you use Chrome. Does the browser offer you downloading 'console.vv' file? - what happens when you click console? - have you tried VNC as well? - what does engine log say? was ticket set successfully? Cheers, Franta. - Original Message - From: Udaya Kiran P ukiran...@yahoo.in To: users users@ovirt.org, Alon Bar-Lev alo...@redhat.com Sent: Tuesday, March 4, 2014 11:51:24 AM Subject: [Users] View the Console using SPICE from Windows client Hi All, I have successfully launched a VM on one of the Host (FC19 Host). Re: [Users] View the Console using SPICE from Windows client
Hi Jon, I tried the steps mentioned by you. But I receive the following error popup. Unable to connect to libvirt with URI [none]. Client Machine - Windows 7 Browser - Firefox (27.0) Guest VM - CentOS 6.4 Should I set any URIs? or change any settings in the VM? Please suggest.
