It looks like a quoting issue as `$i` has gone. The addition of the
shell at the start of the command must be the issue.

Trying to compile RBS for riscv on windows using MSYS2 fails with following
error.

error: shell macro failed: sh -c "/usr/bin/python3-config --ldflags --embed

Compiling master branch.
Any ideas, what might be wrong?
