Re: [SOGo] ANN: SOGo v2.0.0 where is the last 1.3.x version?

2012-09-28 Thread Hans de Groot
 Hi,

Where can I down load the lastest 1.3.x version? Running 1.3.16 now.

I am not using ldap and the manual states it's a requirement for 2.0. I this a
mistake in the manual and can I setup 2.0 exactly the same as 1.3? (use mysql
for authentication etc..)

Thanks

Hans

Awesome! I can't wait to try it, excellent work Inverse team!

I noticed that the 1.3.x series is apparently being replaced by SOGo 2.0.

Can someone please point me in the right direction for upgrade notes for

Are there any special steps that I need to follow before running apt-get
 dist-upgrade?

2012-09-28 Thread Devinder Singh
Yes you can use Sogo2.0 with mysql for authentication. I got it done for
mysql.

Follow procedure given for Postgres and instead go for Mysql settings.

[SOGo] Upgrade from 1.3.18 to 2.0: all works fine

2012-09-28 Thread Alessio Cecchi

Hi,

tomorrow I have updated my Debian Lenny from sogo 1.3.18 to 2.0 via
apt-get. After upgrade all works fine. My sogo is using mysql as backend
for data and authentication.

Are there other tasks to be done to finalize the update?

I have not tried if funambol still works, version 1.0.9 of the connector
and funambol v10 are still the right version for sogo 2.0?

Thanks

[SOGo] Recurrence end date field

2012-09-28 Thread Fabio Onorini
Hi sogo users,
I'm using last sogo release with MySQL backend for calendars e contacts
data.

For every calendar folder, sogo create 3 tables, with VCAL data, exploded
event data (quick table) and acl data.
All datetime data are stored in timestamp format in INT field.
But int fields are limited and in recurring events with no end date,
c_cycleenddate is 2147483647 (max for int field).

With function FROM_UNIXTIME c_cycleenddate becomes 2038-01-19 04:14:07

I tried to alter table field in BIGINT but no changes... something wrong on
write function.

bye bye

The Python aren't yet in but since v2.0 is finally released, it'll be
easier for us to make smaller releases with such features in at a fast
pace.

Any idea what value can I add in that field ?

Additionally, what does autodiscover.example.com
http://autodiscover.example.com does ? how would I configure

/autodiscovery.

Kindly guide.

Re: [SOGo] ANN: SOGo v2.0.0

2012-09-28 Thread David Cure

Hello,

I upgrade from 1.3.18a to 2.0.0 on Debian squeeze.

And now Firefox 10.0.7ESR on Linux doesn't display the calendar
windows : nothing in event frame and nothing in day view. I need to
choose another calendar view kind and after the day view is displayed.
Same thing for the event view : select another king for example nex 14
days and the event are displayed.

I don't have this error with Chrome or Firefox 15.

David.

Good catch! The problem is only exposed by FF 10 ESR. Here's the one-liner
patch if you don't want to wait until 2.0.1 :

https://github.com/inverse-inc/sogo/commit/fe811314f6598a3dc69d442f033c041ad9ae11dd
