[SOGo] Column problem in E-Mail overview
Hi all, last Friday, i have done the update from SOGo 1.3.18 to 2.0. (Repo: deb http://inverse.ca/ubuntu lucid main) Since then, I'm facing problems in e-mail view. The columns in the mail overview table seems misaligned under some conditions. For example, with Firefox 15.0.1 the view looks well, with IE9 (9.0.10)on the same machine, the overview table seems damaged. Please see screenshot with right and wrong behaviour: http://www.hof-university.de/fileadmin/Rechenzentrum/sogo20_column_problem.j pg The problem occurs mostly (but not only) with IE. Thanks for the hint, that was exactly what I needed. So, I have now a fairly complete set of step-by-step instructions how to put CalendarResources into an Active Directory without going insane, including schema extension LDIF files and stuff. It took me about a week to figure it all out, and google couldn't find anybody who has done this before. So I have a feeling it might be knowledge worth sharing. But what's the best way? Should I simplay post them here for future reference, or is there a better way? Dovecot can be configured to do that: http://wiki2.dovecot.org/Plugins/Autocreate In any case, I'd like to know what I'm missing by using Dovecot as IMAP server with SOGo. You can use Dovecot 2.2 with SOGo as it provides the ACL, UIDPLUS and QRESYNC IMAP extensions. You won't miss feature. [SOGo] SOGo 2.0 ZEG strange timezone behavior
I had problems with all-day events created by MS Outlook using the MS Exchange connection on my SOGo server. Therefore I decided to test it on the latest ZEG edition but the problem persist. I setup SOGo, system and Windows to use the same timezone in ZEG. I found a strange behavior - if the timezone is GMT or any other GMT +h zone then all all-day events created with MS Outlook (2007, 2010) go one day back in the web interface. For example if I create an all-day event to happen on 25th Oct in Outlook it is displayed as an all-day event on 24th Oct in SOGo. If I setup the time zone as any GMT -h zone everything works fine. [SOGo] mail aliases - delivery / web interface
Hi all, I've read in a few different posts that in order to have mail aliases, one needs to add another 'mail' entry to the user's LDAP entry. I've done this while testing SOGo with ZEG, and this does not seem to be the case anymore. Neither are the email addresses selectable in from field in the web interface nor does Postfix accept them - they are rejected with an 550-Mailbox unknown. It seems that it is not an alias, because it's trying to deliver the email to a mailbox by the name of the alias instead of trying to deliver to the main mailbox the alias is for. What's the default/recommended setup to get aliases working in the web interface and for delivery? I understand that delivery is dependent on the underlying mail system, however, the aliases showing up in the web interface seem SOGo specific. I'd like some feedback on that so I can set up my aliases to be compatible with SOGo. Thanks, Simon reference: https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists/arc/users/2011-09/msg00158.html http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=45825.0 (I read somewhere else that mail sent to an alias will be delivered to all users with the alias. I can't find that now. It sounds like a nice solution though.) -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
