[SOGo] sogo event invitations
Hi, we have set up sogo on one of our ubuntu servers and we noticed that with the new thunderbird 17.0.3 esr version the email address of the organizer is set to "first_name.last_name@localhost" by default, which means that users can no longer send invitations to the people attending an event. Would you kindly refer me to any kind of relevant causes/documentation on the issue? Many thanks. -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists

You need the UID of it. So your 2-nd question is irrelevant. I usually open one address card for editing in the address book to configure. Then copy the URL of that. Change "so" to "dav" and remove the card ID and command at the end. Example: URL of the address card from the shared address book https://sogo.your.domain/SOGo/so/userID/Contacts/otherUser_36FD-4E158980-1F-7F6A0980/C55BB775-DCA0-0001-1266-1D40190012AA.vcf/edit URL for adding in Connector https://sogo.your.domain/SOGo/dav/userID/Contacts/otherUser_36FD-4E158980-1F-7F6A0980/ BTW: userID is always the one of the user connecting to SOGo. otherUser is the ID of the owner of the shared address book. Re: [SOGo] Outlook calendar and contacts work, mail fails
Hello again, I've tried sorting this out, but when I've added the suggested settings to dovecot it causes IMAP logins to fail. My guess is the passing comment about limiting the changed permissions to the sogo process, but I've no idea how to do that. I tried adding user=sogo and uid= but it didn't seem to work. Could someone provide an example of how they've done that in dovecot please? [SOGo] thunderbird, link to other user's address book
Hi all, I'm trying set up a Thunderbird+Connector installation to sync address books. A user's address book is connected and synced no problem, but I just can't find/figure how should a URL be formed for a shared address book which belongs to another user but is shared to the one I'm configuring for. Also if an address book name contains spaces, is that %20 or what? Thanks! Have a great day! Anton -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
[SOGo] Problem with Outlook Calendar - ZEG
Hi, I've just install ZEG on my computer to test an exchange alternative, and I have a little problem with the calendars: When I'm loggin on SOGo interface I can Read / Create ... calendars, but when I'm loggin on Outlook (with the same account ^^) I can't read (a popup appears to sai me that I can't read) my calendars, but I can add appointment, events...and acces on the SOGo interface. I think it's just an acces privilege to configure, but I can't find it. Thanks :) -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists -- *M.
