[SOGo] Updated packages/documentation
Hello, We've just pushed some updates to the SOGo/OpenChange documentation - the latest version is available here: https://github.com/inverse-inc/sogo/blob/master/Documentation/SOGoNativeOutlookConfigurationGuide.asciidoc Testing would be appreciated - just don't forget to use the nightly builds when doing so. Debian Wheezy, Ubuntu Precise and Trusty work well. CentOS 6 x86_64 has an issue that should be resolved tomorrow. This is probably the last remaining issue before v2.2.10 is out, with a new ZEG based on Trusty. Debian-based distributions won't have OCSManager/RPC Proxy support in v2.2.10 but hopefully that will be resolved days after it's released. Here is the list of changes in v2.2.10: http://sogo.nu/bugs/changelog_page.php?version_id=145 There is also a major overhaul of the Samba/OpenChange packages. Re: [SOGo] Holiday messages with Sogo
Hello Thanks, it seems this option to use Sieve server even exist in the old Sogo version I have. However after I turned it on it require some additional authentication :( I figured since most of my sogo.conf is commented out, sogo authenticates from mysql for the login but for this Sieve server it want to touch ldap all the time. I don't need any extra security features here. Isn't there just a way to disable the authentication alltogether for the sieve server or use the same password what I use to login? You should use SOGo nightly builds and debian backports to get samba 4.1 openchange 2.2 Still, with updated packages I was experiencing problems - high mysql CPU load during mail synchronisation eventually killing the server. Myself I decided to wait for stable packages and then I will try again. I believe that ZEG appliance has samba/openchange/SOGo patches from Zentyal team, turning it binary different from upstream … but not sure. Maybe someone can clarify? [SOGo] sogo-openchange on Debian Samba (4.1) not excepted
Hi All , Just started SoGo project to install and configure it on Debian server. I am trying to install as much as possible according to installation guide but I found a problem. I have installed Samba (4.1) from Debian backports since official name for samba 4 in wheezy is back to "samba". So I have problem installing sogo-openchange and other openchange debs. [SOGo] Holiday messages with Sogo
Hello Folks, I have an old sogo deployment on Debian6 with: ii dovecot-common 1:1.2.15-7 secure mail server that supports mbox and maildir mailboxes ii dovecot-imapd 1:1.2.15-7 secure IMAP server that supports mbox and maildir mailboxes ii sogo 2.2.8-1 a modern and scalable groupware After logging on the web interface and going through the mail menus I couldn't find any place to setup automated holiday message. I know underneath it's done with Sieve files and manually writing them would probably work but this must be user friendly. The users have to be able to setup automated messages in case they are on vacation through the web frontend. Is this possible with Sogo on any ways (new versions, plugins, workarounds etc) or I must use RoundCube, Squirrelmail or other webmail system for it?
