[SOGo] sogo V2 on stretch
Hi, Just checked out the downloads page: https://sogo.nu/download.html It seems as if sogo V2 is not available on debian stretch? Is V2 going to be offered for stretch..? Our users like V2 better, but I prefer installing the latest debian distribution... I tried doing a variation on our jessie sogo.list, like: deb https://user:p...@packages.inverse.ca/SOGo/release/2/debian/ stretch stretch but it fails to install. This is what i did, it’s fully working with SOGo-2.3.22 (the latest 2.x), but NOT fully working with SOGo-3.2.10: 1) On OLD server, it runs SOGo-2.2.15. Take backup with 'sogo-tool backup’. 2) Setup a new (1st) VM with SOGo-2.3.22 (latest nightly build), drop sogo database, re-create the database and restart SOGo. SOGo creates required SQL tables automatically. Note: since it’s already 2.3.x with new SQL structure, i didn’t run the database script "sql-update-2.2.17_to_2.3.0-mysql.sh”. 3) Restore SOGo backup data (toke on step 1) with ‘sogo-tool restore’. Everything is fine, personal calendars/contacts and shared calendars are all present. 4) Now take a backup on this new (1st) VM with SOGo-2.3.22 (sogo-tool backup). 5) Setup 2nd VM with SOGO-3.2.10 (latest nightly build), drop sogo database, re-create the database and restart SOGo. SOGo creates required SQL tables automatically. Restore the backup token on 1st VM (step 4) with ’sogo-tool restore'. Personal calendars/contacts are all present, but no shared calendars. Was any step wrong while restoring with SOGo-3.x? How can i correctly restore shared calendars? Thank you very much for helping. As you have 2 Servers, is it sucessfully switching between the two? If yes, this is harmless. We get those errors with openLDAP, when: A) redundant routers get switched B) Logrotate for the LDAP server is running C) there are too many connections at a time, as the openLDAP is restricted on purpose. That is especially possible while doing backups via sogo-tool. We never had any problems with it, as long as at least one of both LDAP servers is reachable at all. Re: [SOGo] How to change global calendar categories for all users?
Hello Which version of SOGo are you running? It seems you have settings of a pre 2.3.1 one. If you have a pre 2.3.1, upgrade! SOGoCalendarCategoriesColors from sogo.conf is only used for newly created accounts. Therefore you have to use "sogo-tool user-preferences set defaults" on all existing users. Beware, that will overwrite all changes done by the user itself! And it should be: sogo-tool user-preferences set defaults smueller SOGoCalendarCategoriesColors '{"D.P": "#f09c58","D.P.Anfrage": "#e8c860","Ferien": "#184080","H.K": "#d8","I.B": "#78cc68","K.K": "#506078","K.K. anfrage": "#c0bcc0","Praktikant": "#482c88","St. M": "#f8f060"}' (That is with escaping single quotes!) And no, there is no irc channel for SOGo. [SOGo] Forwarding to more than 4 recipients
Hello All, I have just setup Sogo in my office and when forwarding (Preferences -> Mail -> Forward) to more than 4 recipients, email is not forwarded and there is no log to troubleshoot. But when adding only 4 recipients, forwarding works perfectly. Does anyone know where to configure more than 4 forwarding accounts please.
