[SOGo] Vacation Auto Reply

2018-10-01 Thread Andrei Goldchleger
I am testing the SOGo Vacation auto reply feature. I have "Days Between
Responses" set to 7 and "Always send vacation message response"
unchecked. However, if I send multiple messages in the same day to this
test account, I get multiple auto replies. Aren't those settings
designed to limit replies to 1 per X days (In this case 1 every 7 days)?

I checked the sogo.sieve file, and this rule was automatically added
after saving preferences:

if allof ( not exists ["list-help", "list-unsubscribe",
"list-subscribe", "list-owner", "list-post", "list-archive", "list-id",
"Mailing-List"], not header :comparator "i;ascii-casemap" :is
"Precedence" ["list", "bulk", "junk"], not header :comparator
"i;ascii-casemap" :matches "To" "Multiple recipients of*", currentdate
:value "ge" "date" "2018-10-01", currentdate :value "le" "date"
"2018-10-02" ) { if header :matches "Subject" "*" { set "subject"
"${1}"; } vacation :days 7 :subject "REF: ${subject} (Férias)"
:addresses ["us...@example.net"] text:

Estou de férias

Please note that I haven't enabled the cron job. I am using Pidgeonhole
for sieve support.

Thanks,

Andrei

RE: [SOGo] Meetings vanishing

2018-10-01 Thread "Suscripciones Xubium"
Thanks for your message, even if this is not our case (the affected users
don't have admin rights) it allows me to clarify that the senders of the
meetings that disappear when our users accept them are not from our
organization. We have had the issue with meetings from outlook.com, and also
with meetings sent from other corporate email systems.

I've had a similar issue. Sogo canceled meetings automatically. I'm not
quite sure what caused the problem. I guess though, it was because one
recieving recipient has been admin and had permission to change the sending
calender.
Once I removed admin rights from the user, the issue stopped.
Maybe that helps...

Hello,

As we continue to test SOGo (with Outlook 2016 and EAS), it is happening to
us that when accepting some meetings, the meeting vanishes from the calendar
(the meeting is listed in the calendar as tentative when the invite is
received, but after accepting the meeting is lost both from Outlook and from
the SOGo web interface).

Have you seen this before? Is there something to change in the config files?

Best regards,

we – sys4 – deploy and support SOGo from 10 to 30.000 users. We have installed
it at small and medium-sized businesses, universities and at governmental
institutions.

Compared to other groupwares SOGo is easy to setup, stress-free and well
maintained. It could use better and more complete documentation, a man page,
better SMTP submission support (Port, Auth) and MANAGESIEVE-support. As it is
it only suppors writing SIEVE rules, which means it will happily overwrite
existing SIEVE rules or such added by a different software.
