[SOGo] Reply to sender only - group mail lists
Hello, I apologise if I am posting this in the wrong location, I have spent some time on forums and can't find the correct topic to search. We have recently installed SOGo and are still in the teething stage. One of our primary concerns at present is that when a user emails to a group list say "everyone@domain..." and I then decide to "reply to sender only" the email address that replies is "Pete everyone@domain..." This becomes quite a privacy conern because if the original poster replies to this reply, it is then sent out to the entire group again. I do note that when you hit "reply to sender only" you are able to click a dropdown box to change your email address, however this is combersome and fraught for failure. Is there a way we can set up the "reply to sender only" to ensure your personal email address is used and not that of whichever group you are replying from? [SOGo] Sharing folders -> also share email pre-defined labels?
Hi! When I share a folder with another user (in the same domain) and have tagged an email with a pre-defined label (i.e. Preferences->Mail->Labels) say "Important" and then open that shared folder after logging to the other email account, I get to see that email tagged as e.g. "_$label2"... If I had created the same literal label and put it in the same position in the label list (i.e. using the example, it's my second label), that doesn't change the fact that it doesn't appear the same across accounts. So basically it's the question: can pre-defined labels be shared? It does work when simply tagging an email with a non-predefined label (in this case, probably just called a tag...). That tag does appear across accounts. Any workaround? [SOGo] Vacation mails: From-field contains only the mail address
Hi there, I just installed SOGo and I'm pretty happy with it. One thing I can't fix is that when I enable a vacation answer on my account and send me a test mail, the From field contains only the mail address, not my Name. Normal mails contain both: "Dominic Pratt domi...@example.org", only Vacation Mails don't contain my Name. Is there a way to fix this?
