Had to disable Sieve everywhere to make saving of preferences possible.
It is a bit confusing that there exists /etc/sogo/sogo.conf
AND /var/lib/sogo/GNUstep/Defaults/.GNUstepDefaults for configuring
Sogo. Wouldn't one file be enough, especially as they configure the
same thing, almost.

That was the other option, but I let my users to enable the out of
office message, so I needed sieve.

Regarding the sogo configuration file, I also have only the
/etc/sogo/sogo.conf, perhaps your installation is an old one upgraded
from former versions where the other file was used?

SIEVE is a add on for IMAP servers.
This means each IMAP server has its own one.
As you don't tell us which one you use, we are not able to provide any help.

Kind regards,

As I use dovecot, I did resolve it by installing dovecot-sieve package.

Best,

If I take a look at the database (mysql) the appointments are there.

I have already tried it on a completely new machine with new
database, but to no avail.

There is already a bug open (3472
<http://sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=3472>) to look into this. We are
having the same problem with v3.0.0 on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.

I tried also in ZEG and on the online demo on sogo.nu. Same behaviour.

[SOGo] Error accessing imported ics events.

2014-10-13 Thread Angel Docampo

Hello,

I'm having troubles importing some ics events from Outlook 2013 through SOGo
webmail.

All events are in fact shown in the calendar view but some of them are not
accessible: throwing a 'Not available object errors'.

Those events have an uid with '/' char inside (these are the uid,s generated by
outlook exporter process) so an incorrect access url is generated.

Perhaps a '/' character on the event's uid makes the access URL incorrect?

Is it an error or warning? Did it stop working because of this? I didn't have such message with an earlier

Hallo

I use current CalDAV sync (not the free version) with current SOGo and
have not such Problems. Syncing works as expected.

Martin

Hi there,

On android, install first F-Droid (a 100% open source applications
market) and make a search for CalDAV Sync adapter. It's free.

There are usefull stuff on this market, and everything free, as the
owncloud client, that on play store isn't.
