Re: [SOGo] Free/busy doesn't work in Thunderbird 24.1.0

2013-11-12 Thread Claude Daoust

I have the same issue

 Hello everyone,

I found bug in Thunderbird 24.1.0/Lightning 2.6.2 where free/busy
doesn't work.
When creating a new event I'm using the Invite Attendees window to add
participants to the meeting. The Invite Attendees window doesn't show
free/busy status of any of the participants (all rows are pink).

Thunderbird 24.0/Lightning 2.6 works well with the same Sogo-Connector
24.0.0 and Sogo-Integrator 24.0.0.

Thunderbird 17.x/Lightning 1.9.1 works well too.

Is here anybody who hasn't this problem with Thunderbird 24.1.0?

Best regards,
Milos

Did you switch Thunderbird to Offline mode and on again?
Or did your network fail temporarily?

The first should work.
If not, open a bug report in Mozillas Bugzilla for Lightning.

The second can disable a calendar (displays in light colour).
Double click the calendar in question and set "Activate this calendar".
Then restart Thunderbird.

Or it displays a yellow warning sign after the calendars name.
Then you have to go to the "Preferences" and "Reset Calendar Cache".
Be aware, this will restart your Thunderbird automatically.

Kind regards,
Christian Mack

Hello,

From the SOGo WebUI it working like we want but our users are working
with thunderbird(38.2.0) /lightning.(4.0.2.1) and sogo connector 24 and
31.01.

With lightning the attendee never receive the invitation mail. How to
fix it.

The problem is only for shared calendar in thunderbird. ex : user
daoustc shared calendar "commons" (owner:commons)

Did you enable event notification for that calendar?
Did you you add the event notification on creation or afterwards?
You are aware, that the "Organizer" is the owner of the calendar?

Kind regards,

How does this option work ?

When I create event with thunderbird/lightning or web interface the
invitee received  a mail.  But I create event with outlook with
external connector like WebDAV Collaborator or Caldav Synchronizer
no mail was sent from sogo server.
