[SOGo] MacOS adressbook support status?

2012-09-25 Thread Peter Lohmann
Hi!

I have the MacOS adress book configured since quite a while (>6 months)
and only been doing upgrades via apt-get (debian stable). So far, I can
see only my personal address book from SOGo (set up in MacOS as
Server address:
Server path: /SOGo/dav// (the @ substituted by %40)

As I still cannot see all other adressbooks in the Mac OS adressbook
(mountain lion), I am wondering if there were any changes to SOGo in the
meantime that would allow me to see all my adress books (even the shared
ones) as well? Do I need to make changes to my server or the address
book configuration?
My server is running version 1.3.17-1.

Kind Regards,

Peter

[SOGo] ActiveSync on iPhone not working

2014-09-13 Thread Peter Lohmann
Hi!

I'm trying out ActiveSync with my iPhone on Debian, using the

Package: sogo-activesync
Source: sogo
Version: 2.2.8-1

Unfortunately, the pushing doesn't seem to work. I'm seeing the
following repeatedly in the logs:

2014-09-13 16:01:14.654 sogod[2172] -[WEClientCapabilities
initWithRequest:]: Unknown WebClient: user-agent='Apple-iPhone5C2/1104.257'

HTTP/1.1" 200 13/0 1.152 - - 0

What am I doing wrong here?

[SOGo] Limited vCard content via ActiveSync

2016-01-01 Thread Peter Lohmann
Dear sogo users,

I've switched to activesync on my apple devices (sogo 2.3.4-1 on
debian), and noticed that the synced vcards (addressbook entries) seem
to have a few fields missing, especially when I have more than 3
telephone entries per contact.
Is that by design or is it a bug?

Thank you and kind regards,

Peter

Mmh... I'm not sure I understand this - why is it working via the
CardDav Interface, but not via ActiveSync?

Thank you and kind regards,

[SOGo] Fine-tuning email

2010-12-17 Thread Peter Lohmann
Hi!

Is it possible to configure SOGo to use different
mail addresses for different users?
My imap account is actually different from the mailadress
I'm sending and receiving with and I have a few virtual domains
that have different adresses that map to my imap account.
Also... is it possible to tell SOGo a default path for mail boxes?
Mine is ˜/Mail/.

Thanks and best regards,

[SOGo] IMAP Server Settings

2010-12-19 Thread Peter Lohmann
Hi everybody!

It is possible to let SOGo know that my users mails are sitting in ~/Mail/ ?
I can set this in Thunderbird and other clients, but I can't find any
setting
in the sogo-docs?!?

Best regards,

Peter

[SOGo] Status of SOGo with apple addressbook?

2010-12-22 Thread Peter Lohmann
Hi!

I was wondering on what the current status of Apple's Adressbook working
with SOGo is.
>From what I last read on the list, it is only possible to see the
personal address book
in addressbook.app. Is this still the case?

[SOGo] Thunderbird Addressbook empty, but filled...

2010-12-23 Thread Peter Lohmann
Hi!

I have filled an address book using vcfs that were created on my iPhone
(with picture from the
built in camera). When I look at it from the web frontend I can see
addresses.
When I open the same addressbook from Thunderbird: It's empty...

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Best regards,

Yes, they sync fine. It seems tough as if all VCFs with photos make
problems.
I can't see the photos in Thunderbird; sometimes the contact is totally
missing.

I think this might be a bug in the Thunderbird extensions. What do I
have to do to log it?

Hi!

I've had a server maintenance window with downtime today, and after the
reboot that I cannot login with my normal user anymore.

I get a

[SOGo] Addressbook access via LDAP?

2016-11-16 Thread Peter Lohmann
Hi!

I'm primarily using SOGo for CardDAV and CalDAV, with a user backend in
MySQL.
I was wondering if it would be possible to access the addressbooks via
LDAP to hook up a few DECT VOIP phones to the addresses I maintain via
CardDAV?

Thank you and kind regards,

[SOGo] Sogo doesn't start on Debian jessie

2017-08-10 Thread Peter Lohmann
Hi!

I'm running Sogo on debian jessie and have recently updated it using

deb http://packages.inverse.ca/SOGo/nightly/3/debian/ jessie jessie

in my sources.list.

Interestingly, sogod won't start using /etc/init.d/sogo start

I've (unsuccessfully) tried debugging it and it seems the start-script
exits at

. /lib/lsb/init-functions

There is no sogo.service or sogod.service in /lib/systemd. Shouldn't
there be?

When I manually run

start-stop-daemon -c sogo --start --exec /usr/sbin/sogod --pidfile
/var/run/sogo/sogo.pid -- -WOWorkersCount 3 -WOPidFile
/var/run/sogo/sogo.pid -WOLogFile /var/log/sogo/sogo.log

Sogo works fine.

Kind Regards,

Peter
