I can't see any issues here but im not sure whaat the expected output

The user shut their outlook pc app and removed their account from their
android device (where the issue is), but still having the same problem
-- the inbox has no items, but the subfolders under the inbox and other
folders like sent items are synching without issue.

Any thoughts on what's next?

Thank you!

Hello

As ActiveSync broke for that user, you should reset it on the SOGo side
for that user.
Check for syntax with:
/usr/sbin/sogo-tool manage-eas

When doing so, the MS Outlook client has to be shut down.
Then use "listdevices" and "resetdevice".
Afterwards start MS Outlook again.

This made no difference.

I have tried it on two different devices - a Samsung device which is

Hello Francis,

I just want to notice that the command "gpg --keyserver hkp://keys.gnupg.net

gpg: échec de réception depuis le serveur de clefs : No name

I also see that apt-key is deprecated and no more accepted in new Debian

Is there a new install method?

Have a good day.

Re: [SOGo] Delete User's Default Calendar or clear its Content

2020-08-19 Thread "Sam W. Klambour"

First of all: *
Thanks* for your hints, Christian and Marcus.

sudo sogo-tool restore -l /home/xyzadmin/sogo testuser
...
2020-08-19 14:30:04.610 sogo-tool[5098:5098] Restorable folders:
2020-08-19 14:30:04.611 sogo-tool[5098:5098] Calendar/personal (Default)
2020-08-19 14:30:04.611 sogo-tool[5098:5098] Contacts/personal
(Personal Address Book)

*0)* Based on your hints I have now put together a complete truncate
command.

As for the ID of a folder, as I now understand, it's actually a path: It
not the path actually

Do I need to include the user name in the path?
Do I need to include a leading forward slash in the path?
Do I need to include a leading and ending forward slash in the path?

Non of the ID combinations, I have tried below, yet are bearing fruits.
But I might have overlooked something that is only obvious to you
Christian and Marcus?

*1)* sudo sogo-tool truncate-calendar testuser Calendar/personal
2020-08-19T14:00:00

Folder 'Calendar/personal' of user 'testuser' not found.

*2) *sudo sogo-tool truncate-calendar testuser /Calendar/personal
2020-08-19T14:00:00

Folder 'Calendar/personal/' of user 'testuser' not found.

*3) *sudo sogo-tool truncate-calendar testuser /Calendar/personal/
2020-08-19T14:00:00

Folder 'Calendar/personal/' of user 'andrealtmann' not found.

*4) *sudo sogo-tool truncate-calendar testuser
testuser/Calendar/personal/ 2020-08-19T14:00:00

Folder 'andrealtmann/Calendar/personal/' of user 'testuser' not found.

*5) *sudo sogo-tool truncate-calendar testuser
/testuser/Calendar/personal/ 2020-08-19T14:00:00

Folder 'andrealtmann/Calendar/personal/' of user 'testuser' not found.

*This works:* One has to ignore Calendar/ and simply use *personal
without *any slashes too

*6) *sogo-tool truncate-calendar testuser personal 2020-08-19T14:00:00
Removing 2642 records...
Removed 2642 records.

*Thanks* again

Re: [SOGo] Delete User's Default Calendar or clear its Content

2020-08-18 Thread "Sam W. Klambour"
Thanks Marcus, but cadaver was last updated 2009. So I was looking for
some other tools.

Turned out SOGo has its own tool:*

1)* I have had the following idea:

*sogo-tool -v truncate-calendar an...*

Usage: truncate-calendar USER FOLDER DATE

USER the owner of the calendar folder
FOLDER the *id of the folder* to clean up
DATE UTC datetime - non-recurring events older than this
date will be removed (ex: "2016-06-27T17:38:56")

*2)* So, I was looking for this folder ID:

mysql -u root -p
show databases;
use sogo;
show tables;
SELECT * FROM sogo_folder_info

+-+--
| c_folder_id | c_path
+-+--
| 1 | /Users/ma
| 2 | /Users/ma
| 3 | /Users/an...
| *4* | /Users/an
...

| 15 | /Users/an
| 19 | /Users/ha
| 21 | /Users/ad
+-+--

*3) *I then again run the truncate command

sogo-tool -v truncate-calendar an... *4* 2020-08-18T20:01:56
Folder '4' of user 'an...' not found.

*4) *What is wrong with folder id 4?
Am I wrong to look for this ID in the sogo mysql database?

Any help appreciated.

What I've found is, this is a bug maybe in the mac calendar app.
So far so good.
I tried many things and nothing worked. So I endet up in editing the
SOGo mysql database directly.
But when I edit the entry in the table "sogo_user_profile" column
c_settings, the complete old entry is restored when the user logs in

Then the hundreds of shared calendars are back again.

Hello all,

For me the same things are produce in http://demo.sogo.nu/SOGo/ ...
I don't see any category's color in the calendar.
Additionnally, if I add or remove a category of an event and save, the
event move one day before...

Hi Francis,

Thanks for quick reply.
The light blue that appears in my screenshot is not the color of my "Travel"
category. That's right.

Sorry for short description. Here are some more details.

I use SOGo Version 3.0.1 on CentOS 2.6.32-042stab112.15 and I plan to use the
system with tablet and the web UI.
The issue also appears on Online Demo V3 - http://demo.sogo.nu/SOGo/

Steps to reproduce:
1. User webclient to login SOGo with your credentials.
2. Navigate to Preferences -> Calandar -> Categories.
3. Add a new category and set a new color.
4. Navigate to Calandar.
5. Add an event with all neccesary data and the newly created category.

The event doesn't display the colored category on events tab (3px on the left
side).

The same issue on Task tab. Add a new task with an colored category.

The event in calendar doesn't display colored categories on the right side
(3px).

This issue reproduces on all browsers (Chrome, FF, IE).

Thanks,
Roy

At the left border of events should display the color of category in calendar.
But the left border doesn't display at the right color. It seems the calss
sg-category doesn't return the background color for category.

What's wrong? Is there a setting to display the color for category?
I hope someone can help me.

The light blue that appears in your screenshot is not the color you assigned to your
"Travel" category?

Let me know if I understand the issue correctly.

Thanks!

Re: [SOGo] 2.3.0 Update problems

I try to extract it from an old package and now I get this when I
execute the script :

sogo-tool: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/sogo/libOGoContentStore.so.0.9:
undefined symbol: __objc_class_name_GCSFieldExtractor

Couldn't fetch OCSFolderInfoURL value, aborting

It seems it was not a god idea...

Another thing, I think I was not executing the good file ( I think I
took sql-update-2.*1*.17_to_2.3.0.sh in /usr/share/doc/sogo-2.3.0/ )

There is no sql-update-2.*2*.17_to_2.3.0.sh in this directory... Strange?

Hello,

I try to update from v2.2.17a to v2.3.0, the "yum update sogo" command
works great but when I launch the script sql-update-2.2.17_to_2.3.0.sh
an error occurs :

# bash sql-update-2.2.17_to_2.3.0.sh
sogo-tool: error while loading shared libraries: libSOGo.so.2: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

Couldn't fetch OCSFolderInfoURL value, aborting

I can see the libSOGo.so.2 file here :
/usr/lib/GNUstep/Frameworks/SOGo.framework/Versions/2/sogo/libSOGo.so.
/usr/lib/sogo/libSOGo.so.2

It's a CentOS release 6.5 (Final)

Thanks for helping!

[SOGo] Does SOPE 1.3.1 need the patches in the SOGo tarball applied?

2010-09-14 Thread Sam Mulvey
Hi,

The subject is pretty self-explanatory... I'm compiling SOPE and SOGo as the
distro we use does not have packages available, and I've been out of the loop
on SOGo development for the last few months due to pesky medical things. I've
noticed that SOPE has been moved from an subversion feed and into a tarball.

Trying to apply the patches for SOPE in the SOGo tarball throws a lot of
errors, so it looks like I don't need to apply them anymore. That said, I'm
having trouble compiling SOPE and want to make sure that I've got that right.

Using a patch from the bug repository and one I have myself for compiling
locally, I've managed to get it to compile properly, but I want to make sure
I'm doing the right things.

So, my main question: When compiling SOPE, do I need to apply the patches in
the SOGo archive, or does the SOPE archive from Inverse come with those patches
pre-applied?
