The only possible way right now, would be a script which uses sogo-tool
to set the signature of every user.
Which means, that this script has to set all address infos for the user too.
Beware that every user would be able to change that later via his
"Preferences" -> "IMAP-Accounts" -> "Signature" setting.
I would provide a signature template, which every user has to obey and
change his signature accordingly.
Of course you could open a feature request at https://sogo.nu/bugs/ for
that.
