Just for fun, I tried using http from updates.php and it worked. It has me stumped as to why, since I have certificate exceptions. Thank you for your insight Vladas. Re: [SOGo] Inverse SOGo Integrator 10.0
Sorry for the top post, but I better not mix it up. I have already taken care of that. I have added exemptions for my local HTTPS certificate, and I can see that the SOGo Integrator is indeed talking to the web server by the logs. 192.168.0.112 - - [14/Mar/2012:16:52:46 +1100] "GET /plugins/updates.php?plugin=sogo-integra...@inverse.ca&version=0.00&platform=WINNT_x86-msvc HTTP/1.1" 200 2622 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:10.0.2) Gecko/20120216 Thunderbird/10.0.2" Alex Ferrara On 14/03/2012, at 5:33 PM, Valdas Žiūraitis wrote: > My expierence, > that before install integrator, i need manualy install custom certificate of > https://mail.company. > in update.php i use > http://mail.company > > in integrator/chrome/content/extensions.rdf i use > isi:updateURL="https://mail.company > Valdas Žiūraitis > > 2012.03.14 07:43, Alex Ferrara rašė: >> Hi everyone, >> >> I have been upgrading a medium size environment of approximately 40 users >> from Thunderbird 3.1.x to Thunderbird 10.0.2-esr, along with all the SOGo >> add ons. >> >> I have noticed that now that I am using Thunderbird 10.0.2-esr / Lightning >> 1.2.3 / SOGo Integrator 10.0 / SOGo Connector 10.0, everything works well if >> I install the add-ons manually. We thought about hosting lightning on our own update-server but of course it's more convenient for us if the integrator could just get it from mozilla's servers. (Saves us the extra work every time a new version of lightning is released.) Our extensions.rdf in the Integrator 10.0 extension now looks something like this: http://inverse.ca/sogo-integrator/extensions"; > isi:updateURL=" > https://sogo.company.com/updates10.cgi?plugin=%ITEM_ID%&; > version=%ITEM_VERSION%&platform=%PLATFORM%"> > >em:id="sogo-integra...@inverse.ca" >em:name="SOGo Integrator"/> > > >em:id="sogo-connec...@inverse.ca" >em:name="SOGo Connector"/> > > On Wed, Mar 7, 2012 at 3:36 PM, Jakob Lenfers wrote: > Am Mittwoch, 7. [SOGo] Integrator 10.0
Hello, When installing SOGo Integrator 10.0 on one of our Clients running Thunderbird 10.0.2esr, it successfully gets the SOGo Connector 10.0 from our update server. However, we want Integrator to get the Lightning 1.2.1 Plugin from the Mozilla Update Server aswell. Can Integrator 10.0 be modified to do that? If so, how? Thanks.
