can no one reproduce this? I tried it even in a fresh VM w/ ubuntu 15.10 
and latest FF..
my sogo config and DB is inherited from sogo 2, but I don't think that 
could be the reason...

I have tried it and get success, when dragging the mouse to create a new 
event, the time is correct, and the form pops up and is automatically 
filled in (start and end time and days).

Browser is Firefox 44.0 on windows 7.
