Problem persists with Catalina macOS 10.15. I have tested this tonight.
It should thus be fixed at your earliest convenience.

I have verified with a another SOGo server and another Mac client
that deleting a calendar does indeed not work from within iCal, at
least for macOS 10.14.5 and 10.14.6
