I join in on this question: for me the biggest advantage would be the device handling. Currently the admin has to guess the device id and then delete it for every single mailbox that is configured e.g. on an iPhone. So it would be helpful to have a list of devices in webmail where the users themselves can delete the relations per device. Something for Christmas maybe? ;-)
