Re: [SOGo] ActiveSync with Z-Push?

2015-01-08 Thread Vedran Krivokuca
In the company I've worked for until last year, we have started the project
of adopting Z-Push for SOGo since Openchange approach wasn't satisfying. It
went reasonably far, but then SOGo released first version with native
ActiveSync support (2.1.0 or 2.2.0?) so we have abandoned that effort.

We've got modified Z-Push to work better than first implementation of
native support but we have still concluded effort of supporting Z-Push fork
would be too much concerning ActiveSync support in SOGo was going native.

I am not familiar with the quality of native ActiveSync support today,
since I've left that company and at the same time the internal project we
did it for, but I would guess it became stable.

I'm not sure I understand your question.

If you wish to use ActiveSync, then you don't need OpenChange, Sogo
provides this natively.
There exist(ed) a project for z-Push and Sogo sync, but the native
implementation by the SOGo team is

performing much better and is much stabler.

Here the (outdates) page with the informations:
http://wiki.sogo.nu/ExchangeActiveSync

It does not mentions the native ActiveSync implementation.
