Besides the problem of visibility, this CalDAV client seems to work well.

slightly different way and SOGo offers a list of all available calendars.

This seems to be a problem with caldav from Marten and sogo. There is a
bug listed (2399) and Ludovic has already fixed it. Version 2.1 will no
longer have this problem.
