No, I am on a pure Linux e-mail environment and I am seeing it as well.

I've been getting multiples of messages from this list recently as if the 
list software is sending out a spool again and again. Is the list admin 
aware of the problem?

I've been noticing this as well.  Sometimes its double copies, other 
times its 6 or 7.

I also saw it and I don't use any M$ e-mail server.
I also, earlier, wasn't able to send messages to the sa mailing list 
(there was a delay to the remote server not being available.) Someone 
must have woken up or something and noticed an issue. :-D
