If you use procmail it should be relatively easy.

SpamAssassin can't move mail, it's just a filter. But procmail (which
can also call SpamAssassin), can assign mail to folders. Those folders
can then be accessible by IMAP.

See

http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/UsedViaProcmail

And

Hi
I have an IMAP-server and I can't sort mail with kmail
so it is possible that spamassassin not only rewrite the subject and
move mail
on server to SPAM?

thx
alex

I use IMAP caching, and it will sort email through KMail's filters that
way, at least locally. Not sure about on your server ...
