SpamAssassin can't move mail, it's just a filter. But procmail (which can also call SpamAssassin), can assign mail to folders. Those folders can then be accessible by IMAP. I use IMAP caching, and it will sort email through KMail's filters that way, at least locally. Not sure about on your server ... - jt
