I don't have that rule on my system, so it must not be a default rule or
from one of the several SARE rule sets that I use.

Try greping your rules files for the name.

You can look for rules under these directories:

/etc/mail/spamassassin  (generally manually added rules)
/var/lib/spamassassin/3.002004  (rules updated with sa-update)

The sa-update directory will vary depending on your SA version.

As far as I can see, there is no such rule in the standard or updates
rulesets.  Perhaps it's something you have defined locally?  Check out
/etc/mail/spamassassin/*.cf or whatever your site rules dir is.
