An interesting solution to your problem might be to write some meta rules like this (in pseudo code)
Meta ANTI_BAYES00 <ANY RBL RULE> && BAYES_00 Describe ANTI_BAYES00 Negating the bayes_effect for RBLs Score ANTI_BAYES00 2.6 And repeat for the other BAYES_XX rules Not disimilar from a previous thread I had that discussed how to implement 'scalar' rule triggering.
