It is something sa-learn spam/ham *should* fix, is not it? I have (though the software didn't use list-id). I have suggested List-id: whitelisting as one of alternatives to Return-Path: whitelisting. Some may dislike idea of creating entry for every Return-Path:. I think I have seen at least one mailing list with varying envelope sender (VERP variant) in message I have received.
