Has the format for this changed from 3.2.5 to 3.3.0? Looking at the
headers of a message scanned with 3.2.5 I see:

With 3.3.0:

X-spam-hammy: 0.000-1187--1514h-1s--3d--keyid,
0.000-1184--1511h-1s--3d--KeyID
In my local.cf I have:
add_header all Token Summary _TOKENSUMMARY_
add_header all Spammy _SPAMMYTOKENS(2,long)_
add_header all Hammy _HAMMYTOKENS(2,long)_
Am I missing something here?
