Hi, I got at test mailing spam report back with a score I had never seen before for FROM_ENDS_IN_NUMS From: ends in numbers There wasn't a number in the email from or reply, so I just didn't get this. That sounds a lot like a bug in the build of perl you're running, or alternatively in an XS module used by it.
