If you're using SpamAssassin, it's enabled by default. All you need is a
recent version of the Net::DNS perl module.

The SpamHaus blacklists show up as three different SA rules:
RCVD_IN_SBL, RCVD_IN_XBL and RCVD_IN_PBL
