Depends on how much it is worth to you.

I really like places like rackspace that give you an apartment.  The
rates were reasonable for our application at the time a year or two
ago.

If you need to be extremely budget concious any place that gives you a
shell account w/ myself and tomcat access will probably suffice.  To
me the shell access is important for troubleshooting
