Regarding apt-plugin, it's in repo1: http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/myfaces/tobago/maven-apt-plugin/1.0.11/. I'd check that you don't have a corrupted pom/jar in your local repo. Try again, and again, and if you keep having this problem try deleting your local copy of the apt plugin.
