Hi Charles,
thanks for suggestion. Sorry for my translation if you missed something in
my previous post.
I added three jars in my C:\Tomcat6\conf\Catalina\localhost\Alfresco.xml
(alfresco is my webapp):
Context
WatchedResourceWEB-INF/lib/myClasses.jar/WatchedResource
WatchedResourceWEB-INF/lib/myClasses1.jar/WatchedResource
WatchedResourceWEB-INF/lib/myClasses2.jar/WatchedResource
/Context
but when I export modified jar from eclipse tomcat fails reloading and stop
with error:

Subject: Tomcat restart and jar
I have a very stuoid question, but I'm bored by it...
We'll assume something has been lost in translation here...
Can't I avoid restarting and having tomcat seeing changing?
Create a WatchedResource element inside the Context element of your
webapp; the value should be the path to the .jar you're constantly
updating, relative to the base of the webapp. For example:
Context ...
WatchedResourceWEB-INF/lib/myClasses.jar/WatchedResource
/Context
