Hello,

My apache is:

Server version: Apache/2.2.15 (Unix)
Server built: Aug 2 2013 08:02:15

My log of apache contains zone wrong, but in machine is with zone correct.
Follow below:

[root@ip- bin]# date

127.0.0.1 - - [01/Oct/2013:09:48:48 -0400] GET / HTTP/1.0 200 366 -

How I fix it?

That's the Apache Web Server (httpd). You're on the Apache Tomcat
(Java Servlet Container) mailing list.

 correct. Follow below:

What is the value of $TZ?

What do you have in /etc/timezone? Does /etc/localtime point to anything?

 Log:

 127.0.0.1 - - [01/Oct/2013:09:48:48 -0400] GET / HTTP/1.0 200 366
 - ApacheBench/2.3 127.0.0.1 - - [01/Oct/2013:09:48:48 -0400]
 GET / HTTP/1.0 200 366 - ApacheBench/2.3 127.0.0.1 - -
 [01/Oct/2013:09:48:48 -0400] GET / HTTP/1.0 200 366 -
 ApacheBench/2.3

Properly set the time zone before launching httpd. Either set things
globally on your server, or modify your startup environment to give
the proper timezone to Apache httpd when it launches.

I couldn't find any documentation confirming this, but httpd /should/
respect the TZ environment variable.
