Sounds like you are running Tomcat as a Windows Service. How about a
version number for that OS? How about which JVM you are using?
Please help me to resolve this error.

Not without more information. Please go to your Tomcat installation
directory, delete everything in the logs subdirectory, then re-start
your service. When it fails, re-post to the list and attach the entire
contents from the catalina.out file in the logs directory.
In fact, you might want to read the contents before you post. It will
probably give you an indication of what (if anything) went wrong.
