There is no reason why Acegi should not be able to integrate with swarm as long as you just use it for authentication (like wicket-auth-roles does). In fact i think that by following the auth-roles tutorial and replacing the auth-roles components with there swarm counterpart you should be getting things up and running. That being said the swarm-acegi integration is untested, it is on my todo list but lack of time, the rest of my todo list and a complete void in knowledge about acegi have prevented me from doing it. If you would be willing to test this i would be very thankful. In the mean time if you have any questions about swarm, I'll be happy to answer them.
