Re: [xwiki-users] How to enable Google Analytics for Xwiki?

2013-11-28 Thread Ldm Public

Hi,

The Wiki is http://tutos.myxwiki.org .

I'm really not able to perform this operation by myself ? (ie to gain
programming rights for user xrichard ?).

Thanks,

Hi,

Thanks for your answers,

Oh, if this is about enabling GA on myxwiki.org, then the issue is very
simple: only extensions saved by users with programming rights can be
used in the whole wiki. A farm admin will have to re-save the GA
settings page for you. Which wiki are you referring to?

I have used GA only on locally hosted XWiki instaces.
Maybe there is something wrong on myxwiki.org?

I have this issue now on my XWiki 5.2.1, whereas SearchSuggest works fine on
my 5.1 install, which I've used for testing purposes.

I happened to notice that the same thing happens in the search field on the
XWiki extensions site (http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/). In fact, the
attached pic is from that site.

I've tried all the configuration tricks I could think of, but to no effect.
I'm using IE10 & IE11, Windows 7.

Re: [xwiki-users] [myxwiki] new wiki request

2013-11-28 Thread vinc...@massol.net
Hi Patrick,

It’s nice to see your interest in XWiki :)

While the xwiki.org project would be very happy to host you on myxwiki.org,
I’ve also discussed with the XWiki SAS company (http://xwiki.com) which offers
professional hosting and they’d be happy to offer a free hosting should you be
interested (in recognition of your important in the open source world ;)).

It might be better for you since myxwiki.org is a testing platform as mentioned
on http://myxwiki.org with no uptime warranty.

Let me know which one your prefer.

community through a platform that enables distributed groups to readily
find and contribute to the efforts of the OSI.

The wiki will be used (edited) by internal OSI staff, the Board of
Directors and OSI members (individuals, partners on various projects,
representatives from affiliate organizations and our corporate
sponsors). While we hope to see increasing use, currently the realistic
number of accounts would be less than 50 and actual authors/editors

Per you instructions, I (username: Patrick Masson) have registered at
