Re: [xwiki-users] Changing space name

2014-02-17 Thread vinc...@massol.net
Hi,

There’s no rename space feature yet (see
http://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-6722).

See http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Rename+Space

Thanks

[xwiki-users] Changing space name

2014-02-17 Thread Bill Vlahos
I have created a space "IT" but now want to rename that space "IT Use Only".

I changed the name by editing the space which changed the name in the page
itself and in the breadcrumbs of child pages. However, it didn't change the
name in the Spaces listings.

Sorry for the delay in returning.
For the browser console displays the following message:
event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard
event.preventDefault() instead.

Re: [xwiki-users] How to use the SQL Tools?

2014-02-17 Thread Guillaume "Louis-Marie" Delhumeau
Hi.

I am the author of this extension.

After installing it, you just need to go to the space "SQLTools".

If you want to do a request on an external database, then go to
"SQLTools.Query".

Then you fill in the form (user/password, URL of the database, JDBC driver
to use).

You may need to add your own JDBC driver in the WEB-INF/lib directory of
the application if the database is different than the one used by XWiki.

The, you just need to write your query.

I hope it helps,

Louis-Marie
