IMPORTANT:



-candidates will be expected to attend a face to face interview



-US Citizen, EAD, or GC holder are acceptable



-H1-B visa holders are acceptable if they have more than 2 years left and
not in GC process

RESPONSIBILITIES:



As a member of the team, the primary responsibility of Business Objects
Administrator would be to involve in analysis of existing reporting
infrastructure in Business Objects XIR2 and upgrade it Business Objects
XIR3.  The project is an enterprise-wide web application that brings
administrative and financial data to the client's user community.



REQUIRED SKILLS:



5 years (min) Enterprise Business Objects administrator



Experience with migrating reports, universes, Dashboards, etc using Import
Wizard and/or LifeCycle Manger for Business Objects and Web Content for
ColdFusion, OpenText and Sharepoint



Must be proficient with BOE XI 3.1 users and group level security



Must have a solid understanding of Business Objects XI R3.1 Applications
(Webi, Infoview, Crystal, Xcelcius, Voyeger, Live Office)



Must have experience of maintaining and monitoring system performance in
clustered environment



Must have experience in troubleshooting user's issues and provide solution
to them.



Must have experience with Backup and Restore procedures for front end
servers



Good understanding of Plumtree portal gadgets and content is a plus



Strong SQL is a plus



Must have experience in design and development of universes and WEB-I
Reports



Must have experience in BOBJ best practices for design and development



Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts including Star Schema



Strong oral and written communication skills



Team player with flexible attitude, resourcefulness, and initiative



Pro-Active Customer Service attitude



Must be early person



Must have at least 4 years of experience in Business Objects (BOE)
Administration



PREFERRED SKILLS:



1) Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts including Star Schema



2) Strong oral and written communication skills



3) Team player with flexible attitude, resourcefulness, and initiative



4) Pro-Active Customer Service attitude

Java Architect/Developer - Has expertise in design and implementation of 
complex system.

Environment, RSA/RAD 7.5,  and Relational Database Systems and SQL,
z/OS DB2 preferred.  Has experience and ability to architect and

methodology.  Accounting background or billing system experience would
be a plus. Can write specs, gets along well with people and has good
communication skills.  Bachelor?s Degree with emphasis in Computer
Science preferred. Masters Degree would be a plus.
The candidate must have proven expertise in defining the architecture, code 
review. 
The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of different design patterns and
