*JOB DESCRIPTION:*

*ServiceMax Trainer (A3)*

· 8+ years of total experience in with atleast ServiceMax .

· ServiceMax Consultant Certification

· Candidate must have completed at least 2 ServiceMax end to end
implementation.

· Hands-on experience in ServiceMax configuration and customization

· Must have Salesforce.com DEV401

· Proven ability to integrate business processes across disparate
systems.

· Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex
Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration
Tool, Web Services.

· Strong in Force.com

· Familiarity with Outbound Messaging implementation is a plus.

· Familiarity with Integrated Development Environments.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to effectively work in team environment with
varying skill set levels.



*Nice to have:*

· Good knowledge of GE dPMM processes



*Skills on Priority (Rating): *

   - ServiceMax – 4/5
   - Force.com – 4/5

*Roles & Responsibilities: *

1.   Work as a consultant for ServiceMax engagement.

2.   Help in defining business requirements, Solution Architecture,
Development & organize the implementation

3.   Work with business and IT executives from the client to identify
the business needs and define the business & technical solution
architectures to fulfill the business needs

   1. Produce a detailed technical design document to match the solution
   design specifications
   2. Complete/oversee the custom development and quality assurance efforts
   for custom work
   3. Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the
   customer
   4. Manage multiple development designs and projects to meet project and
   customer required time lines.
