*Explanation for Position:*
· Lead Technical Specialist responsible for development and support
of the Avaya Experience Portal IVR used in Europe to support 11 countries.
Resource will help
migrate the IVR from IR 4.0 to AAEP in conjunction with a team from
Avaya.
*Skills Needed*:
· Strong knowledge of the Avaya IVR platform and minimum of 3years
development experience with VXML/CCXML languages as well as experience in
developing grammars for the Nuance speech platform.
· Knowledge of Java a plus.
*Management Skills:*
· Candidate should have strong verbal and written communications
skills.
· Good time management skills.
· Proficient in MS Office products.
