Summary:

The *Risk  Finance* IT Liquidity Program Managers are seeking
experienced *Data
Architect *with *Data Modeling* background to support delivery of the US
Liquidity Reporting project required for Fed compliance. The project scope
includes delivery of 5G and LCR reports for US entities.



*We are specifically looking for one BA each to focus on the following:*

* Review and understand data requirements for all projects including data
warehouse projects, application development and reporting projects

* Collaborate with business and IT partners to refine and document system
data requirements

* Perform data analysis activities including data profiling, creation of
data dictionaries, data transformation rules and integration requirements

* Develop, document and maintain logical and physical data models for a
multi-phase development projects

* Analyze enterprise and application logical and physical data models and
associated business rules

* Develop data migration strategies for retiring legacy systems into modern
information systems

* Analyze and design data sizing and scaling approaches, distribution
alternatives and trade-offs

* Coordinate across organizations as required to support data integration
efforts

* Support and apply data standardization policies

* Global analysis of LCR's implemented across multiple regions for
harmonization of logical data models and to lead Axiom fit/gap analysis for
tools assessment



This role will additionally support the following:

* 5G and LCR dimensional and functional reporting requirements analysis and
designs to support FED submission and analytic capabilities required by LMR
teams

* QA end-to-end 5G and LCR reporting processes, including validation of
supplier data and enrichments/calculations performed on this data



The primary responsibility for this rolew is to understand the business
requirements and align data requirements and solutions, and to produce
functional specifications that will provide the basis for the technical
designs that will be defined and built by technical analysts assigned to
the project. Responsibilities include:

* Liaise with Business subject matter experts and project team to
understand relevant business processes and the nature of the reporting
requirements

* Define Data Specifications per area of focus (see above), including for
relevant data sourcing, enrichments, calculations, and reporting, and
oversee development of corresponding technical designs by developers
assigned to same functional area



The positions will report to the IT Project Lead and are based in New York.
Collaboration with global project managers and IT counterparts may be
required for global alignment of regulatory reporting solutions across
regions in scope under the Liquidity Program Book of Work.



*WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:*

* Logical and Physical Data Modeling in diverse technical environments and
industries.

* Familiarity through use with metadata capture and management.

* Familiarity through use with disciplined project management structures
and systems development lifecycle.

* Familiarity through use with the complete solution development life cycle.

* Excellent non-technical communication (written and verbal) skills at all
levels of the organization.

* Creative problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently or as part of a project team.

* Expert-level data sourcing and data mapping skills.

* 5+ years' experience as an analyst in the financial industry, with
demonstrated experience providing business analysis for Treasury or
Regulatory Reporting processes and applications

* Knowledge of Treasury processes, including for liquidity risk
management/monitoring and familiarity with bank products; knowledge of
regulatory reporting standards and practices strongly preferred

* Understanding of all phases of an application development life cycle and
development methodologies, and familiarity with IT platforms and software
development methodologies

* Strong analytical skills and project execution skills relevant to
delivery of Treasury applications

* Working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel

* Ability to understand and challenge business processes, requirements and
proposed solutions to help define strategic, robust, and scalable solutions
in line with CFO/CIO strategies

* Ability to proactively manage timelines, risks, and client to ensure
timely delivery of
