*Rate:$50/hr on CTC* *Phone then Skype* *Term: 6 months* Description: Lead Test Analyst needed to work on multiple tier 1 projects that must be implemented in December 2016. With full competency, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. With this knowledge, develops or modifies complex information systems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system log difficulties as necessary. Guides and advises less-experienced analysts. Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Skills: QA testing experience – 6 years Undergraduate studies in computer science management information systems, business administration, Usability and Design/Human Factors, insurance or related field is preferred. Role: The Lead Test Analyst will: Assist with quality assurance testing assuring that work products meet customer specifications. Determine the root cause of defects to prevent recurrence of issues and quality problems. Be involved in meetings, research, documentation, planning and several other work project duties as assigned. Assure that work products meet customer specifications. Responsibilities: Planning and conducting a wide range of quality control tests and analysis to ensure that all application products and services meet organizational standards and end-user requirements. Associates are expected to perform test planning, test design and test execution.
