Basic Qualifications:



•                    Strong expertise in SAP CRM 7 Service, preferably
Enhancement Pack 3

•                    Strong expertise in SAP CRM Service Management and its
integration with cross functional areas

•                    Strong expertise in Optimized Field Service Orders

•                    Strong expertise in Non optimized Field Service Orders

•                    Strong expertise in Depot/Factory Repairs

•                    Strong expertise in Intercompany Billing process for
parts and services and its integration with ECC

•                    Experience in Business Role and UI configuration

•                    Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal
and written) and be able to lead and design sub-processes within CRM

•                    Must be able to write detailed Functional
specifications to hand over to the ABAP developers for Technical Specs and
coding



Additional Qualifications:



•                    8+ years of SAP experience strongly preferred in
ECC/CRM

•                    4+ years of SAP experience in CRM strongly preferred,
with at least 1 complete life cycle projects preferably one of which as a
CRM Functional Lead

•                    4+ years of SAP experience in USA strongly preferred

•                    Knowledge on Service request, Service Order, Service
Confirmation, Service Agreements and its integration with Field Service
Applications, Logistics and CATS

•                    Good understanding of Installed Base, Equipment Master
and Warranty Master data

•                    Understanding of Service Ticket Management process

•                    Knowledge on Pricing & Pricing Conditions and
integration with ECC

•                    Worked with CRM Interaction Center

•                    Worked with PI integration

•                    Worked with Vertex

•                    Worked with Middleware to transfer data between ECC &
CRM

•                    Knowledge of Click Software

•                    Understanding of SAP ECC Service component

•                    Knowledge & understanding of the technical objects in
ECC & CRM (some knowledge of ABAP and user-exits, BADI’s, etc. would be
very helpful).
